Can IGRT be billed with IMRT treatment delivery?
IGRT services (77387) cannot be billed with IMRT treatment for the technical component. IGRT can be billed by the physician if the image is reviewed and approved prior to the next treatment delivery. These would be billed with the following:
77014 - CBCT
G6002 - Stereoscopic guidance
G6017 - tracking
